Rosie is a Ballymaloe Cookery School 
trained chef living in a beautiful 
medieval town in Italy. The 
decision to create a blog 
came from the desire to 
document her journey and 
the delicious foods and 
recipes encountered along 
the way, as well as the 
mishaps and adventures. 
A food enthusiast, Rosie's 
dream is to one day write 
her own cook books.
